Who am I?

I am a successful business owner and life coach who will give you the keys to live the life you want and get results for people serious about taking charge of their life. In addition to being a life coach I have been a Masters level therapist for over 12 years. So often in life we know what we do not want in our life but so often we do not know what we do want.

As a Coach my focus is just that, to help you find and focus on what you do want in life and how to make that happen. Coaching helps you find direction, gain clarity and and embrace your potential and live more of the life that you want. I can help you be clear on what fears you may have and how to over come them.
